The Still Spirits Icon range now has a new Gin Liqueur. With a tropical flavour and a hint of juniper, this is great for summer drinks and cocktails.

I’ve tried it with lemonade, soda and also tonic water and all were great. It just depends what your taste buds like. Of course you can always sip it on ice too.

All Icon Liqueurs make one litre and are packaged in a lovely glass bottle which is handy for re-using and gifting

Cocktail Recipes

A simple Passionfruit Gin cocktail using the Still Spirits Passionfruit Gin Icon Liqueur flavouring. Incredibly easy to make, but incredibly delicious and tasty! 

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 60 ml Pre-mixed, Icon Liqueurs Passionfruit Gin
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
  • Crushed Ice
  • Fresh fruit to garnish such as orange, passionfruit or passionfruit flower

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill a coupe glass with crushed ice.

  2. Add in the pre-mixed Icon Liqueurs Passionfruit Gin, bitters and orange Juice.

  3. Add a sprig of rosemary, fresh fruit garnishes.

  4. Serve up and enjoy!
